I’m expecting a delivery, how can I track its status?
You can track your parcel using the ‘follow my parcel’ feature above. Simply enter your parcel tracking number or order number (this will usually be 7 digits long) and the postcode of the delivery point.
Where do I find my tracking number/order number?
If you have bought something online, then retailer should have provided you with a tracking number and/or order number. If you haven’t received this, please contact the sender who should be able to provide this to you.
Why isn’t my tracking number/order number recognised?
Please ensure that you’ve entered the number correctly. If you’re the recipient, check the sender has provided you with the right information. If the item has been sent, the sender may have created the tracking number but not yet submitted the item into the courier network. Please try again later, allowing time for the item to be received into the network.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately we are not authorised to change the address on your delivery. If there is an issue with the delivery address, please contact the sender for further assistance.
